How to keep release paper dry?
Release paper (also known as release film, release liner, release paper, or silicone paper) is a type of release liner that prevents prepreg from sticking and protects it from contamination. In daily life, we all know that paper is very absorbent. Because the main component of paper is natural plant fibers, and its cell wall contains components such as cellulose, hemicellulose, and lignin. Therefore, whether in the workshop where release paper is produced or in the factory where it is used, the dryness of release paper needs to be ensured. So how can we ensure the dryness of release paper? Today, let me explain to you.
Firstly, we need to adjust the humidity of the release paper. We try to adopt a more natural method. Here's a simple method for you: Place the paper in a sealed room and use several electric heaters to increase the indoor temperature. Once the indoor temperature rises, it will significantly decrease the relative humidity of the air. In this way, the excess moisture absorbed by the paper can be quickly released.

Additionally, it is important to protect the release paper and try to prevent it from absorbing excess moisture. We can wrap the already prepared release paper with plastic film or woven bags to reduce the impact of external moisture on it.
Let me briefly explain the storage methods for release paper to you! Storage of release paper: To prevent exposure to sunlight and rain, keep it clean, and avoid package damage. It must be stored in a dry, cool, ventilated, and clean warehouse. The warehouse should be equipped with moisture-proof facilities, free from rodents, pests, and other contaminants. When stored, it should maintain an appropriate distance from the walls and ceiling, and a baseboard should be placed underneath.
