Let's take a look at the basic principles of the application of fluorine-based release film

What is the function of fluorine-based release film? Fluorine-based release film, also known as fluoroplastic release film, is made of PET as the substrate and coated with a release agent on its surface. Qualified fluorine-based release film has a smooth and clean surface, uniform application of adhesive, and is free from defects such as particles and bubbles. This product boasts excellent physical and mechanical properties, small thickness tolerance, high clarity, low thermal shrinkage, and good flexibility. It is suitable for cutting and punching composite films made of high-temperature silicone material pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, and is very easy to peel off after application.

The basic principle of using fluorine-based release film is similar to that of release film, mainly providing anti-adhesion effect. However, it is different from methyl silicone oil release film. fluorine release film  Fluorine in fluorine-based release film exists in the form of chloride. Most adhesive tapes are made of base materials reinforced with strong adhesives. There are various types of high-temperature resistant adhesive tape base materials (PET, polyimide film). Acrylic adhesive cannot withstand the temperature of silicone strong adhesive. Both silicone strong adhesive and methyl silicone oil release film belong to the silicone type. Over time, they will cause various levels of reaction, resulting in sticking.

Fluorine release film is primarily used for: catering to high-temperature adhesives, silicone foam double-sided adhesives; catering to gold fingers, Lin卡尔 green adhesives, AB adhesives, 3M silicone adhesives, etc.; die-cutting into various shapes for unique and important applications.
