Common issues encountered during the use of PET fluoroplastic film! PET fluoroplastic film is made c

4. The surface of the film contains static electricity. If the static electricity of the film is too high, dust particles are easily adhered to the film surface, affecting its quality. During cutting, it is necessary to reduce the static electricity of the film by applying a special anti-static treatment to the film surface.

Common problem: temperature during pressing

The temperature of the film and the material during pressing should be lower than the temperature on the pressing surface (the film can withstand a temperature of approximately 200 degrees Celsius).

2. If the temperature of the pressing plate exceeds the temperature tolerance of the film, the film will undergo aging, embrittlement, sticking to the plate, or contaminating the plate surface.

Product Features

It is moisture-proof and oil-proof, smooth and flat, with small thickness tolerance, no particles or bubbles, uniform coating, excellent mechanical properties, high transparency, low thermal shrinkage rate, temperature and humidity resistance, and good flexibility.
