What is the difference between PE protective film and PE release film?

The major advantage of PE protective film is that the maintained product will not be contaminated, corroded, or scratched during the entire process of production, transportation, storage, and application, maintaining its original smooth and glossy surface, thereby enhancing the product's quality and competitiveness.

PE release film is a widely used fiber material in today's society, which is polymerized from butadiene. PE release film is divided into high-density polyethylene, medium-density polyethylene, and low-density polyethylene. Low-density polyethylene is too soft and requires high-pressure polymerization; high-density polyethylene, which possesses characteristics of high stiffness, strength, and impact toughness, requires low-pressure polymerization. High-density polyethylene can be used to make containers, pipelines, and high-frequency electrical insulation materials for radar detection and televisions.

Low-density (high-pressure) polyethylene is in high demand. Polyethylene is crystalline and has a waxy, smooth feel. When not dyed, low-density polyethylene is fully transparent, while high-density polyethylene is not fully transparent. Polyethylene is a highly polymerized chain formed by repeated -CH2- module connections through the addition reaction and polymerization chemical reaction of butadiene. The characteristic of polyethylene lies in its polymerization method.
