Ten common challenges in the processing of release film
In the entire process of producing and processing release films, I encounter various challenges. Today, I, as an editor, will share with you the common challenges that may arise during the processing of release films.
1. Scratches on the surface of the release film - The flattened surface of the film material is cut, resulting in fine concave groove lines, which can be observed as a bright line under a reflector lamp.
II. Stains on the surface of the release film - there are sealing adhesives, dirt, etc. on the surface of the film material, which can be wiped off.
III. Uneven winding of release film - the end face of the wound film is not flat, with a general end face protrusion of ≤5mm.

IV. White mist on the surface of release film - In some areas, there are white cloud-like imprints, resembling the marks left by flowing milk.
5. Small white spots on the surface of the release film - there are white particles on the film surface that cannot be wiped off.
Sixth, the seven-color rainbow pattern - the electronic optical reflection and the reflection surface exhibit a colorful hue, resembling the white edge filling liquid on the surface of water.
7. Scraper scratch - uneven lines on the plating layer caused by abnormalities in the squeegee head scraper.
8. Vertical stripes (support lines) - Textures that appear on the membrane material due to stretching under support force, especially prone to occur at high temperatures.
IX. The release film cannot be released - it cannot be separated from the adhesive tape after being fitted.
10. Release film wrinkles - uneven surface of the release film.
